The Heritage Hotel Manila celebrated its 32nd anniversary with a memorable Anniversary and Networking Night on 25 August at the Heritage Ballroom, bringing together valued guests, business partners, industry colleagues and members of the media for an evening of celebration, appreciation and meaningful connections.
The evening began with welcome cocktails, networking and guided hotel tours at the Lobby Lounge, giving guests an opportunity to reconnect and discover the hotel’s latest offerings. The celebration formally opened at the Heritage Ballroom with a welcome message and opening entertainment, followed by remarks from Mr Caleb Han, General Manager of The Heritage Hotel Manila.
32 Years of Countless Memories
One of the evening’s highlights was 32 Years of Countless Memories, an audio-visual presentation that took guests through the hotel’s remarkable journey since it opened its doors in 1994. The celebration also featured MyMillennium, the loyalty programme of Millennium Hotels and Resorts, further connecting guests and partners to exclusive benefits and experiences. This was followed by the announcement of exclusive same-day offers and sign-up opportunities, presented by Ms Pia Gloria Vizcarra, Assistant Director of Business Development.
The hotel also highlighted its newly renovated rooms through a presentation led by Ms Rochelle San Juan, Director of Business Development. Guests were given an exclusive glimpse of the refreshed accommodations, reflecting the hotel’s commitment to providing enhanced comfort and an elevated guest experience.
A Toast to the Years Ahead
Guests were treated to a special anniversary buffet dinner, thoughtfully prepared to mark the hotel’s 32nd milestone, featuring a delightful selection of culinary offerings. The celebration was made even more memorable with lively entertainment and exciting raffle draws. The evening culminated in a Ceremonial Toast to 32 Years, celebrating the hotel’s enduring legacy and its journey toward an exciting future.

Recognising the People Behind the Hotel
For more than three decades, The Heritage Hotel Manila has welcomed business and leisure travellers, families, local guests and international visitors to Pasay City. The hotel also held its Q2 Employees’ Townhall Meeting, themed A Legacy of Hospitality: 32nd Year of Achieving Excellence, on 26 August 2026 at the Heritage Ballroom as the closing event of the celebration.
New members of the hotel were warmly welcomed and showcased their talents, the Model Employees of the Quarter were announced, and recognition was awarded to the departments with the most name mentions in Revinate. The main highlight was the recognition of all the Service Awardees who have reached 5, 10, 20, 25 and 30 years of service with the hotel, a dedication and loyalty that embody the legacy the hotel has been providing in its years of operation.
