Operational Immersion and Skill Development
The programme is designed to offer a practical immersion into hotel management. Participants engage in diverse departmental tasks, ranging from experiencing the buzz of a busy breakfast service to supporting the Front Office team and building early connections with valued guests.
Beyond front-of-house exposure, the placement includes a Human Resources “crash course” covering payroll, recruitment, and the day-to-day realities of working in Human Resources. This multi-departmental approach ensures that participants develop a holistic understanding of the business, aligned with the brand’s commitment to operational excellence.
