From 1 September to 31 October 2026 and from $39 per person, Bar Intermezzo presents an afternoon tea inspired by seasonality and balance. Selections include Soft-Shell Crab Aburi Maki, Chirashi Don, Lobster and Pork Gyoza, and Unagi Chawanmushi, each prepared with a contemporary touch. It concludes with Japanese sweets, among them soft Dorayaki, completing a journey through flavour, craftsmanship and understated luxury.
From 1 September to 31 October 2026, Hua Ting presents the giant grouper from $38 per dish. It opens with a Double-Boiled Giant Grouper Fish Head Soup with Chinese Herbs, gently simmered to draw out its natural essence. Signatures follow, including Braised Giant Grouper Belly with Roasted Pork Belly and Braised Giant Grouper Skin with Abalone, a pairing of prized textures and umami depth, alongside other thoughtfully crafted creations. Each dish is prepared with respect for the ingredient, presenting the giant grouper in its most distinguished forms.
Through October, from 1 to 31 October 2026 and from $18 per dish, Bar Intermezzo turns to German favourites. A Crispy Pork Knuckle arrives with crackling skin, Grilled Bratwurst is served juicy and smoky, and Crispy Sauerkraut Fritters bring a tangy bite. Hot German Potato Salad tossed in a savoury dressing rounds it off, in a spread designed for sharing.
Also from 1 September to 31 October 2026, and from $128 per person, Essence of Autumn is a menu built on premium ingredients and delicate textures. It begins with a trio of appetisers of marinated suckling pig trotter, chilled lobster and seasonal okra, followed by bird’s nest paired with crab roe. Crispy Jiangnan smoked duck leg comes next, celebrated for its golden crispness and succulent meat, before a main course of grilled sea perch with a treasure-filled case and golden crispy noodles. Chilled almond cream closes the meal.
From 1 September to 31 October 2026, Bar Intermezzo pours four interpretations of one of the world’s most recognised aperitifs, from $18 per glass. The Classic Negroni is built on Bombay Sapphire Gin, Campari and Antica Formula. The Kingston Negroni swaps in Ron Zacapa Rum. The Sbagliato Negroni uses Prosecco, and the Rosita brings together Reposado Tequila, Campari, Antica Formula, dry vermouth and Angostura bitters. Each captures the bittersweet harmony of Campari and Antica Formula, and all four are available throughout Negroni Week at $18 per glass.
