Staff Christmas Lunch & Employee of the Month Quarter 4 Celebrations
Copthorne Hotel Slough-Windsor combined the Christmas Staff Lunch and Employee of the Month celebrations into one joyful and memorable event, bringing colleagues together for an afternoon filled with festive spirit and appreciation. The event saw enthusiastic participation from many team members, creating a warm and lively atmosphere throughout the celebration.
The talented chefs arranged a spectacular array of desserts that truly captured the spirit of the season. The lunch featured a traditional Christmas spread, including roast turkey, alongside a selection of popular Chinese dishes, offering something for everyone to enjoy. A festive welcome drink was thoughtfully arranged by the Food & Beverage Department, adding a special touch to the occasion.
Adding to the excitement, ten hotels generously contributed to the Christmas raffle draw, each offering a stay of two nights for two guests at their respective properties. The raffle winners were announced during the staff lunch, and their reactions reflected the thrill and joy of the moment.
The celebration also recognised team members celebrating their birthdays, marked with a cake-cutting ceremony that made the event even more special and personal for everyone involved. Overall, it was a wonderful celebration of teamwork, appreciation, and festive cheer.

During the year-end celebrations of 2025, M Hotel Singapore City Centre’s annual Christmas party took on special significance as it was transformed into a grand tribute for their remarkable talents.
The hotel proudly honoured the individuals who make M Hotel truly extraordinary, recognising recipients of the Employees of the Month and Year, Honesty & Vigilance Awards, and Excellent Service Awards for their dedication and exemplary contributions.
Beyond the award presentations, the celebration was filled with festive joy. Colleagues came together to mark birthday milestones, indulge in an impressive buffet spread and explore a lively mini bazaar that was bustling with wholesome gift ideas and rejuvenating sports massages. Overall, it was a vibrant and heartwarming occasion filled with holiday cheer, camaraderie and cherished memories.
Annual Staff Christmas Lunch with a Twist
Millennium Hotel Glasgow hosted its annual staff Christmas lunch with a heartwarming role reversal: the chefs and reservation manager (an ex-chef) prepared a three-course set menu, whilst the senior management team served the staff.
The celebration concluded with Secret Santa gift exchanges, where everyone picked a name and selected presents based on what they thought their colleague would like. The event celebrated the holidays, reflected on the month just passed, and looked forward to the New Year together.
