There was a real buzz of excitement recently as the Millennium Hotel New Plymouth Waterfront team stepped into the radio studio for The Foodie Show on The Most FM, to talk about all things food and promote the hotel’s restaurant, Salt.

Who Went In

Representing Salt were Senthil, Executive Chef, Honeyfa, Operations Manager, and Vivek, General Manager, who came ready to share what has been happening behind the scenes at the restaurant, from the launch of the new Winter menu to the much-anticipated Seafood High Tea. It was a chance to bring the story to life in a different way, and to connect with the local community beyond the restaurant.

The Conversation

The conversation flowed easily, with plenty of energy in the room. Alongside the show hosts and special guest Rumi Anguel, a master of the Japanese tea ceremony, the team spoke about their passion for food, the experiences they are creating for guests, and the pride they take in what they do every day.
