Millennium Resort Hangzhou recently concluded a strategic two-day, one-night team-building retreat at Thousand Island Lake designed to fortify internal cohesion and alleviate operational pressures. To maintain seamless hotel standards and uninterrupted service during the event, the resort implemented a staggered, two-batch schedule for all on-duty staff.
The first phase of the initiative took place from 13 to 14 January with 53 participants, followed by a second group of 54 employees from 20 January to 21 January. By adopting this balanced rotation, the leadership ensured that the effectiveness of the professional development activity did not compromise the smooth running of daily resort operations.
