M Social Resort Penang Secures 4-Star National Quality Rating

Fresh from its launch in July 2025, M Social Resort Penang has earned national recognition for its quality, service, and design. The resort was officially awarded a 4-star rating under the Tourist Accommodation Premises Grading (PPP) for the Resort Hotel Category, following a comprehensive inspection conducted in December 2025.

Operationalising Excellence Through Regulatory Compliance 

Achieving this milestone within its first year of operations serves as a strategic proof point of the resort’s ability to operationalise excellence rapidly. The grading process was led by YBrs. Dr. Annuar bin Mohamed, Director of the Ministry of Tourism, Arts and Culture Malaysia (MOTAC) Penang, alongside a panel of representatives from the Malaysian Association of Hotels (MAH), the Fire and Rescue Department of Malaysia, the State Health Department, the Penang Island City Council, and Tourism Malaysia Penang.
