The culinary team at M Hotel Singapore City Centre has brought home a Bronze award from the FHA Dessert Challenge 2026, one of Asia’s most competitive pastry and dessert platforms, held on 23 and 24 April 2026 at Singapore Expo.
The team’s entry, “Whispers of the Forest” Tea Set, was presented at the challenge, which was endorsed by Worldchefs, the World Association of Chefs’ Societies, and presented in partnership with the Singapore Pastry Alliance. The Bronze award is the hotel’s first at this competition.
The team that brought home the award comprised Chong Wei Chet, Chef De Cuisine; Saw Wai Hong, Chef De Partie; Nurinsyirah Bte Kamsani, Demi Chef; and Jacky Zhang, Executive Chef, with General Manager Edeline Tiong in attendance. From concept to final plating, the entry reflected precision, creativity, and a sustained commitment to the culinary craft.
The result at FHA 2026 is a measure of the standards being built at M Hotel Singapore City Centre, and a marker for what the culinary team continues to work towards.
