Three Decades of International Experience
Michael Kasch brings more than three decades of international experience in hotel management, operations, and development, with a track record of building high-performing teams across the Middle East, Europe, and Asia. His career includes senior roles with Rotana, Movenpick, Marriott, Taj Hotels, Accor, and Radisson, as well as the pre-opening of The Kahala Hotel and Resort Yokohama in Japan.
A Connection to Muscat
Having previously worked in the city, Kasch brings local market insight alongside a global perspective. At Grand Millennium Muscat, he will focus on strengthening the hotel’s market position, elevating service standards, and enhancing its food and beverage offerings.
