Hua Ting Restaurant, known for award-winning Cantonese cuisine since 1992, offers a dim sum set menu for two at $61++ for a limited time. The selection includes steamed lobster and prawn dumpling, crispy lychee prawn ball, and baked mango chicken tart.
The Orchard Cafe puts local flavours in the spotlight with Singalicious, a buffet of local favourites, fresh seafood, and premium roasts by Executive Chef Thenesh Murugaya and his team. Highlights include Singapore chilli crab with fried mantou, otak-otak baked salmon, oyster omelette, sambal stingray, and slow-roasted black Angus striploin. From $88++ per person.

Bar Intermezzo reimagines Singapore’s culinary traditions with a heritage afternoon tea from $39++ per person. The selection runs from Nonya kerabu abalone and chicken buah keluak black truffle sandwich to Boston lobster nasi lemak kueh pie tee, Wagyu beef pongteh slider, and Musang King durian cake, with freshly baked coconut scones and homemade kaya.
Hua Ting presents an Australian Wagyu promotion from $24++ per dish. The menu spans crispy-fried sliced marble beef, stewed Australian Wagyu oxtail with red wine, braised Australian Wagyu beef cheek noodles, barbecued honey-glazed marble beef char siew, and sauteed Australian Wagyu beef.
