On 23 April 2026, Beast & Butterflies Tapas & Bar at M Social Hotel New York Downtown brought the spirit of Seville’s spring fair to Downtown New York, staging a full Feria de Abril celebration with flamenco, live music, and an Andalusian-inspired food and drinks programme.

A Night of Flamenco and Festivity

Flamenco performances defined the energy of the evening, their intensity matched by a menu that drew directly from southern Spain’s culinary traditions. The Sherry Flight guided guests through the breadth of Andalusian styles, from crisp fino to the rich, velvety depth of Pedro Ximénez. The Rebujito cocktail, a refreshing blend of fino sherry, citrus, and mint, offered a classic Feria favourite. Dishes such as Pintxo de Padrón delivered the bold, shareable character that is central to the tapas tradition.
