In May 2026, Millennium Hotels and Resorts celebrated the graduation of the second cohort of the Evolve Leadership Development Programme, marking another milestone in the UK region’s commitment to developing talent from within.
The programme was designed by Millennium Hotels and Resorts’ UK Region Corporate HR team to give emerging leaders a structured and practical development path. Following the success of the inaugural cohort in 2025, a second batch of 12 associates completed their six-month journey in May 2026. The programme combined classroom learning, coaching, action learning sessions, and workplace application.
A defining element of the programme was the Business Improvement Projects, in which participants worked in groups to develop practical solutions to real business opportunities. The projects were guided by the Blue Ocean methodology and supported by project sponsors, showcasing creativity, strategic thinking, and a consistent focus on improvement across the organisation.
The graduation event brought together participants, senior leaders, and sponsors to recognise the dedication demonstrated throughout the programme.
