Millennium Hotel Taichung is presenting its Early Summer Garden Afternoon Tea at Lumi Bar through 30 June 2026, a seasonal offering inspired by the poetry of a garden in full bloom, composed around the flavours of mango, mulberry, and watermelon.

A Curated Selection of Eight

The set comprises four pastries, three savoury creations, and a choice of two beverages. Among the pastry highlights, the Mulberry Cheesecake Tart layers silky richness with gentle acidity; the Watermelon Earl Grey Jelly captures a light, palate-cleansing finish where fragrant tea and fresh fruit meet; and the Pineapple Tomato Mousse navigates the line between sweetness and savoury depth. Savoury creations include Shrimp with Mango Pineapple Salsa and Chicken Roll with Loofah and Clam Jelly, each expressing a harmony of freshness and finesse.
