Led by the Human Resources team, the weekly forum creates an open space where colleagues connect, exchange insights, and explore new ways to elevate the guest experience. It is not just about training, it is about inspiring one another.

Bringing Brand Pillars to Life

The programme is not merely a training exercise; it is a calculated effort to align staff performance with the core M Social Brand Pillars: Creativity, Sociability, Experimentation, Playful, Inclusive, and Innovative. Department Heads take on the role of “Champions” for each pillar, and ensure that brand values are translated into practical, real-world work experiences through engaging presentations and hands-on sharing.

The sessions utilise engaging, non-traditional methods to spark innovation across different departments:

  • Playful: Concepts were delivered through a creative live performance that merged Thai and Western musical instruments, demonstrating the power of cultural fusion.
  • Experimentation: The Housekeeping team demonstrated experimental thinking by introducing innovative animal-style towel folding and sharing instructional video content to elevate the guest room experience.

By integrating these brand pillars directly into weekly staff dialogue, M Social Hotel Phuket continues to nurture a culture where ideas flow freely and innovation thrives.
