The North Table, 9 to 13 September 2026

Available for five days only, The North Table is a four-hands dining collaboration bringing together SanSara’s Master Chef Pannalal Nath and guest chef Mujeeb ur Rehman. Blending treasured family recipes, royal Awadhi influences and contemporary finesse, the two chefs present a gastronomic journey through the flavours of North India across 4-course and 6-course menus.

The non-vegetarian experience features creations such as the Shahi Galawati Kebab, Bharwan Calamari stuffed with prawn and crab mousse, and Kashmiri Morel Pulao with Saffron Butter Lobster Kurchan. Vegetarian diners can choose signatures including Chowk Ke Tikki, Rajma Ki Galouti, and Kashmiri Morel Pulao with Saffron Paneer Rogan Josh, before concluding with Sheer Khurma, a saffron-infused dessert that pays homage to North India’s culinary heritage. An exclusive a la carte menu featuring signature dishes from both chefs is available throughout the collaboration.

Seafood Mania Buffet, 11 August to 4 October 2026

Set along the Singapore River, Seafood Mania at Food Capital brings together premium seafood, local favourites and international specialities in a single buffet. It opens with a seafood-on-ice selection of chilled tiger prawns, New Zealand mussels, sea whelks, scallops with roe, flower clams and Spanish black mussels, with freshly shucked oysters, snow crab legs and baby lobsters added at dinner.

The carving station turns out crispy roast pork, roast duck and pork ribs, while the Japanese counter offers sashimi, assorted maki rolls, Aburi sushi and Soft-shell Crab Tempura. A rotating selection of hot dishes runs to Singapore Chilli Crab, Black Pepper Slipper Lobster, Salted Egg Yolk Prawns, Lobster Thermidor, Seafood Paella, Garlic Butter Prawns and Pan-seared Salmon with Crustacean Cream. Live stations serve GCW Signature Laksa, Prawn Noodles, Thai Boat Noodles and Seafood Pasta.

From Sunday to Thursday at dinner, every two adults receive one lobster and a freshly grilled surf and turf barbecue. On Friday and Saturday at dinner, every two adults choose any two of three options: one lobster prepared Western-style, one local-style crab, or one bowl of Signature Drunken Prawns, all prepared and served to the table. Lunch from Monday to Saturday is S$72++ per adult and S$36++ per child. Dinner from Sunday to Thursday is S$106++ per adult and S$53++ per child, rising to S$116++ and S$58++ on Friday and Saturday.

Two Ways to Extend It at The Lobby Lounge

The Lobby Lounge presents the Oceanic Treasures Afternoon Tea, where seafood-inspired savoury and sweet creations are paired with Luli’s AI-powered wellness assessment and a personalised herbal tea experience. It is served daily from 3.00pm to 5.00pm at S$68++ for two, inclusive of the wellness assessment and tea. SanSara Diwali Mithai Gift Box, 8 October to 8 November 2026

SanSara has curated a Diwali Sweet Mithai Gift Box for the Festival of Lights, made up of authentic Indian festive sweets and intended as a gift for family, friends, colleagues or clients. The assortment includes Malt Burfi, a creamy Indian milk fudge infused with malt for a delicate caramel-like sweetness; Dry Fruit Mysore Pak, ghee-rich and studded with premium mixed dry fruits; and Soan Papdi, a flaky sweet of gram flour and ghee finished with cardamom and garnished with pistachios.

A box of nine pieces is $59++, with an early bird special of 25 per cent off for orders made by 25 October 2026. The order period runs from 8 August to 8 November 2026 and the collection period from 8 October to 8 November 2026. Preorders must be made three days in advance and collected from SanSara on Level 1 at 392 Havelock Road, Singapore 169663, open 12.00pm to 8.00pm and closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.
