Staff were welcomed by an elaborate spread featuring a stunning seafood showcase and whimsical Christmas-themed dessert displays crafted by Grand Copthorne Waterfront Hotel Singapore’s talented culinary team. The evening elevated the dining experience with an array of live food stations, each bringing theatre and skill to the table. It was a feast that honoured both tradition and craftsmanship.
Executive Director Mr Kwek Eik Sheng took to the stage with heartfelt remarks, commemorating this milestone year and celebrating the people who make Millennium Hotels and Resorts what it is. His address set the tone for an evening that honoured three decades of hospitality excellence whilst looking ahead to the future.
The night was filled with laughter and connection. Lively games, including a dance segment that had the crowd roaring with laughter, brought levity to the evening. Soulful live vocals by the talented Elvira Arul added elegance and emotion to the room.
The evening concluded on a high note with an exciting lucky draw. Cheers and anticipation filled the ballroom as staff members walked away with incredible prizes: luxurious hotel stays, the highly coveted iPhone 17, Samsung tablets, smartwatches, and more. It was a thrilling finale that added an extra spark of joy to an already unforgettable night.
