Four Desserts

The afternoon tea set features four exquisite desserts, three savoury delicacies and two beverages, presenting a harmonious balance of floral, fruity and roasted tea notes.

Among the highlights is the Yuzu Golden Lily Macaron, featuring a delicate golden lily tea shell paired with refreshing yuzu-infused cream. The Tieguanyin Peach Mousse combines sweet peach coulis with the mellow roasted character of Tieguanyin tea, while the Oolong Sesame Mochi Pastry delights with layers of rich sesame, chewy mochi and crispy kadayif, complemented by a lingering tea fragrance. The Roasted Hojicha Purple Rice Monaka completes the dessert selection with crisp monaka wafers, smooth purple rice filling and handcrafted hojicha ice cream.
