Manila Meets Madrid Returns to The Orchard Cafe
After a successful debut in 2025, Manila Meets Madrid returns to The Orchard Cafe from 1 May to 30 June 2026, bigger and more expansive than before. This Filipino-Spanish buffet brings together culinary talent from across the Millennium Hotels and Resorts group. Demi Chef Deuna Arnel, and Sous Chef Ian Kristopher, both from The Heritage Hotel Manila, join Chef de Cuisine Joseph Edward at Orchard Hotel Singapore, to craft a menu that seamlessly bridges both cultures.
Orchard Hotel Singapore's May–June dining season spans five experiences across three venues.

Celebrate the tapestry of two cultures through the live grill and action stations featuring highlights such as Lechon Baboy, Sizzling Sisig, Pinoy Style Fish Paksiw and Spanish Seafood Paella, while the dessert selection includes Tarta de Santiago, Maja Blanca, Halo-Halo and Turon.
