This spring, Orchard Hotel Singapore brings together a vibrant collection of dining experiences across its restaurants and bars, each thoughtfully curated to suit every occasion.

From indulgent afternoon teas and a hearty meat-focused buffet to refined Cantonese tasting menus and the debut of a new outdoor bar along Orchard Road, guests are invited to explore a season of flavour, discovery, and relaxed indulgence.

OZ Meats Buffet at The Orchard Cafe

The Australian Meats Festival at The Orchard Cafe runs from 4 March to 30 April 2026, serving up some of the best cuts Australia has to offer. Slow-roasted AUS Grain-Fed Striploin headlines the Carving Station, while the Charcoal Grill sizzles with Beef Tri-Tip, Short Plate, and Veal Tenderloin. From the Live Station, guests can tuck into AUS Beef Noodle Soup, Claypot Prawn, Ginseng Chicken, and AUS Pull Pork or Wagyu Beef Quesadilla or Sliders, with a Nachos Station piled high with AUS Grain-Fed Beef or Pork Con-Carne on the side. Sweet finishes include Tim Tam Tarts with Berries, Classic Lamington, and Passion Fruit Pavlova with Fresh Fruit.

Weekday lunch is priced at $88++ and dinner at $102++. Weekend lunch is $98++ and dinner $112++. My Millennium members enjoy 1-for-1 pricing for the first 50 guests daily, then 30% off thereafter. Children aged five and below dine free, and those aged six to twelve receive 50% off adult pricing.

Hua Ting Restaurant presents a $78++ Award-Winning Chef Tasting Lunch masterfully curated by Master Chef Lap Fai, available from 4 March to 30 April 2026. The five-course menu showcases traditional Cantonese techniques with premium ingredients: an Exquisite Dim Sum Platter of handcrafted Cantonese favourites, Stewed Bird’s Nest gently simmered to preserve delicate flavours, Pan-Fried Dragon Tiger Garoupa, Kurobuta Pork Ho Fun with wok-fried flat rice noodles, and Chilled Aloe Vera Jelly as a light and refreshing finale.
