For its 56th anniversary, Copthorne King’s Hotel Singapore brings together dining and bar collaborations across two special evenings in October, one Penang-inspired and one a six-course Teochew and Cantonese menu.
Two Evenings, Two Kitchens
On 2 October, Princess Terrace partners Beast & Butterflies at M Social Resort Penang for a Penang buffet collaboration at S$80++ per adult. On 5 October, Tien Court joins Hua Ting Restaurant at Orchard Hotel Singapore for a six-course Teochew and Cantonese menu at S$138++ per person.
Anniversary Drinks and Lucky Draw
Exclusive to the two launch evenings, diners receive two complimentary drinks from a selection of eight anniversary cocktails and mocktails. The anniversary drinks are otherwise available for purchase throughout the promotional period. Guests can also look forward to appearances by the guest chefs and bartender, live entertainment and a 56th Anniversary Lucky Draw. The Four-Hands dining menus and anniversary drinks continue until 30 November 2026.
October Mocktail of the Month
The Crimson Colada brings together creamy coconut, bright pineapple and a splash of soda, finished with a dramatic grenadine swirl. A playful tropical creation for Halloween, it is available from 1 to 31 October 2026 at Princess Terrace, Tien Court and Connections Lounge, at S$8++ per glass against a usual price of S$12++ per glass.
